A HEART-TO-HEART JOURNEY WITH GOD

Christmas Day 2006 - a day of life-altering tragedy.  Time stood still for a long time afterwards. I felt like I was trapped in a revolving door. People bustled in and and out, going about their daily lives as if nothing had happened. I remained trapped and devastated, wondering if I would ever escape the flashbacks and the relentless, crushing tide of emotions. 

Perhaps you are stuck in a revolving door of tragedy, relationship issues, depression, loneliness. Whatever your situation, God wants to hear from you and respond to you. All you need to do is pick up your walkie talkie and start a conversation. “Hey, God, are you there? Over…”

Walkie Talkie Faith is a selection of short stories inspired by my journal keeping over several decades. It comprises two sections: Walkie-Talkie Faith in Everyday Life and Walkie-Talkie Faith during Tragedy.  

God has spoken to me in the most reassuring, unusual and humorous ways when I have tuned into His frequency.  Genuine, real, heart-to-heart communication is all it takes to 'tune in.'
